Wow! What a pop!  This brightly colored pansy print has large delicate flowers covering almost the whole skirt.  We have duplicated the scallop of the pansy petal in the ruffle at the bottom over a burst of yellow.  Notice the way the ruffles are drawn up with a sunny yellow bow for that scallop effect.  The bottom ruffles are edged in a 1/2" white lace as an outline.  The white insertion lace around the skirt just adds to this dainty look. The skirt is 8 gores and has 2 slash pockets you'll just love.  The blouse coordinates by drawing your eye and attention up to your neck with a similar scalloped ruffle.  The pansy print & lace up near your face is a perfect way to enhance your smile.
